Growing up in a cycling family, it wasn’t hard for Hera Van Willick to hop on a bicycle at eighteen and ride out on her own. What she didn’t expect was the freedom being on a bicycle would bring to her. Now it defines her way of life.
After pedaling 43 countries, Hera has learned, "It’s about choosing my own path and creating my own trail…Sometimes it breaks me, but mostly it makes me. It makes me who I am."
