Official Rules
1. All current members (new, renewing and life members) are automatically entered in the Giveaway.
2. To enter Adventure Cycling's 2007 Bike Giveaway, join or renew your membership with Adventure Cycling Association between January 1,
2007 and December 31, 2007.
3. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Non-members can enter Adventure Cycling's 2007 Bike Giveaway by sending a self-addressed, stamped business size
(#10) envelope to Adventure Cycling's 2007 Bike Giveaway, P.O. Box 8308, Missoula, MT 59807-8308. You will be sent official alternative
entry materials. Only valid official alternative entry forms will be accepted, only one per customer. No reproductions will be accepted.
All entries, including addressing, must be in entrant's personal handwriting. Send completed alternative entry forms to Adventure Cycling's
2006 Bike Giveaway, P.O. Box 8308, Missoula, MT 59807-8308. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2007, and received by
January 7, 2008. Random drawing will be held on or about 45 days thereafter. No responsibility will be assumed for lost, misdirected or
late mail.
4. Winner will be selected by random drawing from all entries received. Decisions of judges are final. Winner will be notified by mail and
phone, and will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, which must be returned within 14 days of date
of notification or alternate winner will be selected. If prize notification letter is returned as undeliverable or affidavit is not
returned within the time period, prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. Adventure Cycling reserves the right to provide for a
substitute prize (or prizes) of equivalent value if any of the prizes cannot be delivered. Taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
Entry constitutes permission to use the winner's name and likeness for publicity or promotional purposes without additional compensation or
permission, except were prohibited by law. Winner will be announced in Adventure Cyclist magazine. Odds of winning depend upon the number
of entries received.
5. Grand Prize winner will receive a Co-Motion touring bike and a tour on an ACA weeklong Event in the summer of 2008.
6. Giveaway open to U.S. residents 21 years of age or older. Adventure Cycling employees and their families are not eligible. Offer void in
Puerto Rico, and wherever else prohibited by law. For a winner's list (available after 3/15/2008), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope
